Poland - that is to say, nowhere

Is there any semblance of Poland in your mind? Do you associate “Polishness” with any visual imagery? Does Poland even exist on your mental map?
We want to counter stereotypes and clichés with a contemporary, multi-faceted portrait of Poland.
But is there such a thing as homogeneous Polish aesthetic? We are not sure – we will use forms of bricollage, mosaic and collection of random photos to create a broad picture of Polish visual style and aesthetic.
